Hi, I’m Chaim Guttentag, your ADHD coach...

...and I’m really glad you’ve found your way here. I work with people who feel like their ADHD is running the show — whether it’s forgetfulness, overwhelm, emotional swings, or the constant frustration of not living up to your own potential.

If you’re tired of struggling and ready for real, practical change — you're in the right place. Coaching gives you more than just information — it gives you tools. Real, usable strategies that are tailored to how your brain works. My goal is to help you feel more focused, calmer, and in control — not by changing who you are, but by helping you work with the way your mind is wired.

What is ADHD?

Working with your brain to achieve success

Four steps to thriving with ADHD:

PHASE ONE

Understanding

In this first step, we explore what it really means to be neurodivergent. We’ll look at how ADHD affects the brain, with a focus on executive functions like planning, focus, memory, and motivation. Understanding how your brain works — and how it’s different — is the foundation for everything that follows. You’ll begin to shift from frustration to insight, and from self-blame to self-awareness.

PHASE TWO

Self-Discovery

This is where the journey begins. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, challenges, habits and patterns — not through judgment, but through honest reflection and empathy. We’ll work on letting go of unrealistic expectations and reframing what success looks like. Whether it’s feeling guilt over running late, missing minyan, or not living up to what others expect — this is where we start to rewrite that inner narrative.

PHASE THREE

STRATEGIES

Here’s where it gets practical. We’ll find tools and systems that actually fit your brain — not one-size-fits-all solutions that end up gathering dust. Whether it’s time management, task planning, emotional regulation or managing home life, you’ll learn real strategies that support your goals and values. Everything we build together will be doable, flexible and built around who you are.

PHASE FOUR

Support

ADHD isn’t something you “fix” — it’s something you live with. That’s why ongoing support is key. I offer continued coaching to help you stay accountable, adjust as life changes and keep growing with confidence. Whether you're navigating Shabbos, deadlines, parenting, marriage or finances — you won’t be doing it alone.

"When I first saw Chaim advertising about coaching people with ADHD, I was afraid to call in to express my feelings; but now that I have done, I thought it's a shame I didn't see the advert earlier. Chaim listened in a way which made feel me he understood me, and was able to pinpoint strategies to help me cope with these symptoms and go on with a normal daily life. I can't recommend Chaim enough. Another grateful client."
